    <content type="html">this  is  my food diary.&lt;br /&gt; i wanted to track what i eat in order to &lt;br /&gt;a) make sure i'm eating healthy .&lt;br /&gt;b)try to introduce  new  meals into my cooking rotation.&lt;br /&gt;c) get inspired to try  new  ingredients.&lt;br /&gt;d ) remember how to make the  the experiments that turned  out well.&lt;br /&gt;e) try to be  more aware of the stuff i eat  and it's  origins &amp; safety.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;breakfast   (noon)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;large  glass of orange  juice &amp; water&lt;br /&gt;homemade multi-grain porridge &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;porridge :&lt;br /&gt;3 cups  boiling water&lt;br /&gt;1 cup vanilla soy milk&lt;br /&gt;1/3 cup organic cracked wheat&lt;br /&gt;1/3 cup whole millet&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup organic quioa&lt;br /&gt;heaping tablespoon  flax seeds&lt;br /&gt;heaping tablespoon sesame  seeds&lt;br /&gt;sprinkling of cinnamon&lt;br /&gt;2 tablespoons succanat&lt;br /&gt;1 cup organic rolled oats&lt;br /&gt;2 apples , diced&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ok put everything into the rapidly boiling water/soy milk EXCEPT for the apples and rolled  oats.&lt;br /&gt;let  boil 10 minutes&lt;br /&gt;reduce heat to a simmer and add rolled oats and  fruit and cook about 2 minutes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;serve with maple syrup &amp; flax oil&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;snack (3:30)&lt;br /&gt;2 deep fried  veggie samosas (take out) with mint chutney &lt;br /&gt;1 minola &lt;br /&gt;glass of water&lt;br /&gt; large mug of oat straw/matte tea</content>
